From the Manufacturer
The Graco Quattro Tour Stroller in Blackwell combines function,
style, and durability to keep you and your baby happy and
comfortable every time you go out for a stroll. With its
durable, welded aluminum frame, this stroller will carry
your child from the infant stage up through 40 pounds. You'll
love the simple, one-handed gravity fold mechanism with
auto-lock that allows you to easily open and close the stroller
with one arm. The convenient parent organizer tray with
2 secure accessory compartments is a great place to keep
your keys, cell phone, or water bottle close at hand while
walking. Bulkier items, such as a diaper bag or purse, can
be stowed in the collapsible storage basket under the seat.
The one-touch parking brake keeps the stroller in place
when necessary, and the reversible canopy with peek-a-boo
window shades shelters your baby from chilly winds and the
sun's harmful rays. The 4-position flat reclining seat with
soft occupant retention, ensures that your baby will rest
peacefully, whether at the mall or on a busy city sidewalk.
The easy-to-use 3-point harness keeps your child comfortably
snug in the seat, and a soft, removable head support is
provided to give added security to small infants. As your
child grows, you'll both delight in the pivoting child snack
tray/cup holder, which keeps drinks, snacks, or baby's favorite
toys within easy reach. The fabric seat pad and head support,
in the charcoal and blue "Blackwell" pattern,
are removable and machine washable for those inevitable
spills. The Quattro Tour stroller accepts Graco SnugRide
infant car seats (sold separately) so you can build your
own travel system. |

I have been using this stroller for 14 months, and I still
tell everyone I meet about it. The main reason I went with
it is that the storage basket collapses to allow access
to its contents even with the stroller seat is completely
reclined. This means that when baby is sleeping, or when
you are using the carseat with the stroller, your diaper
bag or cooler is not stuck beyond reach. At the time we
bought it, it was the only stroller on the market with that
feature.
The wheel structure is rugged and handles off-roading very
well. On smooth pavement, etc., it handles beautifully.
I do joke with people that pushing it is like driving a
truck, because it is fairly large, and negotiating it around
narrowly spaced displays in a department store can be a
real challenge. There have been times while shopping that
I have determined to buy a tiny umbrella stroller, but I
love how much cargo I can take with me. There are two cupholders
and two small compartments near the handle; the basket holds
a lot; and when the seat is upright I can pile a lot of
stuff between the handlebar and the top of the seat, where
the extra material makes a kind of hammock. It is the perfect
stroller for a trip to the zoo, but I use it for daily shopping
and am very happy with it. It is not too heavy -- I have
no trouble lifting it in and out of vehicles. It is rather
large even when collapsed, but I don't really mind. I specifically
chose a larger, sturdier stroller for its features -- if
streamlining is a high priority, then go with something
smaller like the Travelite. But if you want to be able to
go everywhere and do everything, then this is the stroller
for you.
Note that the standard Graco stroller accessories, like
the toys on a post that fit into some sort of slot on strollers,
do not work with this stroller. I bought a stroller bar
from Sassy (like the Busy Bug one) with velcro straps, and
my son has been very happy with that.
Incidentally, I love the color I chose, the Heatwave pattern.
It is very soothing.

After extensive research, me and my wife decided on this
stroller due to:
*It looked Rugged and long-lasting.
*Exceptional brand reputation.
*Great Value.
*Great features and expandability.
Once we actually bought it and assembled it in a jiff,
we knew we had made the right decision. It hadles absolutely
great for a full-size stroller. It's much lighter than it
looks. Very easy to fold and stow away. And great emphasis
put in the sturdiness/ruggednes design. Looks fantastic
and am sure it will be very comfortable for our babe. Absolutely
great deal.
