Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality, the different textures on all the animals will be great stimulation for the baby. It fitted perfectly in the crib which is a lifetime crib and on the large side.
I purchased 2 lights and some throw pillows with it and everything matches as expected and is equal quality, although the lights are very plastic, very solid and not hollow, it would have been better to of had them made of wood.
Really nice bedding, but...
I received this set at a baby shower back in 2005. It has held up really well. My only advice: with a retail price of $232.00 and even an Amazon price of $152, it's still too steep. I never had the quilt in the crib because it is dangerous to do so with a baby - and he was constantly napping, so I hardly ever "made" the bed. Next time around, I'm going to find a pattern I like and just buy all of the decorative things associated with it, then buy an inexpensive and plain bumper and sheet. The room itself is what you and everyone else sees. The bedding is almost impossible to see, unless you're hovering over the crib.
I do especially love the lamp, switchplate, mobile and 5-pc wall hanging from this collection. You could buy all the accessories to truly create a safari room for less than the cost of the bedding alone.
Beautiful, good quality and soft
I ordered the 6 piece crib set plus other Zanzibar items to go with it and was really pleased at the quality & softness of the fabrics. It's beautiful and looks very nice and cozy.
I have a bigger crib that later turns into a twin bed, so what I did to make the quilt bigger was to use the fitted sheet to make an addition. I also used the dust ruffle to make the bumper bigger and some pillows which look great in the sofa I have in the room.
My son loves this....
The fabric is good quality. It has different textures and the animals seem to pop out at you. My two month old loves staring at it. The matching mobile, sold seprately, is worth a look at, too. It doesn't have any fancy lights or anything, but my son adores it.
Very Cute and Fun
This bedding is so cute. My son is 10 months old and he loves to rub on the animals while he is in his crib. Each animal is a different texture and color. We use the comforter as a floor mat and he will play on that and pet the animals. The only thing I did not like was the sheet that came with the set was really lose. So I dont use it. But other than that it is a fun bedding set for him and he has not gotten bored with it yet. We just love it.
